Victoria is an Associate and a member of the Energy and Infrastructure Group at Advocaat Law Practice. She studied at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. She possesses a vast understanding of project, project finance, private equity and venture capital. Her extensive experience includes the provision of advisory services to a wide range of corporate entities, independent contractors, issuing houses, potential investors/Lenders and Project sponsors across several Service Sectors.

She has undertaken several continuing legal education certification courses, prominent amongst which are the Developing and Financing Infrastructure Projects from the African Catalyst, Financing Oil & Gas Assets in Nigeria's Energy Sector and Introduction to Project Finance Masterclass by the ME Academy.
